The Swiftel Center Box office is open 10-4 Monday through Friday. On a show date, the box office is open from 10:00 am to show time.
Will Call is located at the box office at the main entrance. To claim will call orders, customers must present a valid photo I.D. and the credit card that the order was placed with.
The main parking lot is on the south side of the Swiftel Center. There are overflow parking lots to the north and to the east of the facility. Parking attendants are on-hand for major events. There is no parking fee at the Swiftel Center.
Accessible seating is located in sections 201-207(depending on event configuration). The Elevator is located at the main entrance. Please call the Box Office for more information at (605)692-7539.
