Will Call is located at the box office. Please note, there is NO WILL CALL on Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby days. Will Call will be available on the day of the event starting when gates open. CUSTOMERS MUST PRESENT A VALID PHOTO I.D., CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS. PLEASE NOTE: CHURCHILL DOWNS DOES NOT ALLOW DROP OFF WILL CALL.
