Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day of the show from 16:00 onwards. You must take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase. If someone else bought tickets for you to collect, bring a Letter of Authorization from whoever booked them for you, stating your name, the booking reference and the last four digits of the card they used to buy them.
O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire doesn’t have its own parking facilities, and street parking locally is limited, so be sure to check the pay and display options in the area. There is a car park at Westfield London nearby; the postcode for sat nav is W12 7SL. Disabled Parking: There’s a bay in Pennard Road to the rear of our venue and Blue Badge spaces are available at Westfield London on Ariel Way, W12 7SL.
